Africa

I was studying college, till September 2010. But Holy Spirit told me to quit the college and be a missionary. God was sovereignly leading it, then; to I´d not make exams.
Because I need to be under some missionary society, in order to be a missionary, so I started to search for, what are the options. In the process of searching, God the Father and the Holy Spirit brought me to the decision for Youth With A Mission (YWAM) in Herrnhut, Germany. I found out, everyone, who wants to be a missionary with YWAM, has to pass through “Discipleship Training School (DTS)“. In my town (Sumperk), we had missionaries (T&C), for 6 years, to whom Holy Spirit gave a passion/love for (Eastern) Europe; for making disciples of Jesus. So that he gave it to me. And when I saw the option of “Go Europe! Mobile Discipleship Training School“, I wanted to do it.
It is a 6 months program, when you are studying and living missionaly in different locations of Europe and after 3 months, you went, in teams, to different outreach locations. And I´m a part of it, since 3 October 2011 to 4 April 2012.
As "Go Europe! Mobile DTS", we are 34 students and about 7 leaders. We are altogether from 11 nationalities (Germany, Netherlands, Czech Republic (me), Italy, France, Spain, England, USA, India, Nigeria, Canada).

Lecture phase (Herrnhut, Hamburg, Bautzen, Herrnhut – Germany, Winterthur/Zurych – Switzerland)
In lecture phase, we had teachings on different topics every week: Hearing God's voice, Passion for Jesus, Attributes of God, Cost of Discipleship, Spiritual warfare and intercessory prayer, Spirit-filled life, Relationships -- family and friends, Casting out demons and inner healing, Our identity in Christ (grace) + physical healing with our teacher (outreach).
In the afternoons was a mission (the outreach) on the street, in the households or different gatherings.
When we were still in Herrnhut (in October; one week before we stared to travel), we got 4 options of locations for our outreach (the second part of our school). For which we were excited for, since the beginning of the school, at least. Our leaders were searching, a long time before, God's will and possibilities, where to go. When we received the locations from them, they told us to pray for God's will where should each one of us go. And to come another morning and give them the result on a paper.
In the time, when I was at home in Sumperk, yet, Holy Spirit directed me (gave me the desire), to go to Africa. When I was asking God in Herrnhut (YWAM Base), again, he was leading me every time to Africa. This was sure for me. I didn't know, still, in that time, how the actual picking of the locations will look like. So I started to pray for the exact country, also.  There were coming different thoughts to my mind. After some time suddenly appeared the name, Sudan. More times. I didn't know why.
4 locations:
1.:France, Spain (4 students + 1 leader)
2.:Italy, Greece, Turkey (10 + 1)
3.:Eastern Europe – Romania, Ukraine (5 + 2)
4.:Africa – Uganda, South Sudan (15 + 2)

Outreach phase (Africa – South Sudan, Uganda)
Between December 16 and 19, we went out, one group after another, to our outreach locations. In South Sudan, we were up till January 21 and in Uganda we are till February 17. We are flying out, then, to Europe, and will be altogether, again doing mission in Amsterdam, Netherlands, for 2 weeks. After that, are one week in Germany, divided in smaller groups. Where we will be going/working with a churches of our German YWAM friends (my class mates), which are leading every group. Next week we are somewhere in Germany and our last week we are in Herrnhut again. And 23 March we have Graduation.
The photo of our Africa group is under the link "Switzerland" (which is taken one week before the end of our Lecture Phase, after the "Casting out demons and inner healing" lecture week):

I'm falling short in many things:
§    Desiring God, having that delight in God. And giving Him glory by that ("God is most glorified in us, when we are most satisfied in Him" – J. Piper) – Psalm 37: 4
§    Making idols (Martin Luther: "Human's heart is an idol factory“); changing anything, even gifts from God, to an idol
§    Focus on the gospel
§    Dishonesty before God as his son (in prayer)
§    Unrepentant heart
§    Not waiting for God, being still, just waiting for/being with God (in prayer) – Psalm 37: 7
§    God's will – Psalm 37: 3 and 37: 5-6, Romans 12: 2
§    Hauteur
§    Egotism

God is leading me, by his grace, to:
Be coming to Him, laying down all my idols (when He is actually putting them down from me – Philippians 2: 12-13). Checking my motives, why I want God (the Holy Spirit) to come? Do I want him just to help me, while still having the idol in my hand. Or do I want Him, and to submit to him. His presence, and to know, and to be, his will. Prostrating my life before him, and giving it to him. And to be with him, to wait for him in silence.
Depending on faith, on Jesus, on the gospel. Romans 1: 1 "Paul, slave of Christ Jesus, called to be an apostle, set apart for the Gospel".
The turn of mission from the ministry to life. The main goal of God in Holy Spirit working in me is my conformity to the image of Jesus Christ. To desiring God, to experience Him. Then I don't do anything, that I have to, but I want to, because God loves me so much (John 17: 23).

Mission in South Sudan:
§    Orphanage (10:20 to 12:40 a.m.. every workday) – 102 children (3-17 years), Praying altogether, singing with moves, fun. Someone speaking (from the Bible), Games on the field, spending time with the kids (believers/unbelievers). I know a few boys closer there, we had a chance to read the Bible together. To play soccer and games on the field. To talk with each other. To pray for one another. The time there was the dearest for me (because it was based on christ-centred relationships).
§    Visiting people (families) in the villages – talking (with a translation), sharing the Gospel, encouraging them from the Bible in their situations, praying for them
§    When we met anybody, who wanted to talk about our faith with us
§    Hospital – talking with and praying for people
§    Prison – testimonies, talking with people, encouragement from the Bible
§    Conference – worship, teaching, praying, having meal together
§    Jesus movie – Projecting outside at night, with short talks in different sections of the movie

We are in Uganda right now
We're here from 21 January. We are staying in YWAM base, Arua. First, 24 July, we've had an introduction to the culture and how it works there. In the next 3 weeks we went through going out to villages, orphanage for 13 kids, going out to hospital and talking and praying for the people there. Meeting with one family and building stuff there or phisical work in the base. Having our morning devotional time with worship, prayers and informations for the day. Every evening a team meeting about the day we passed through and what's ahed of us. And once a week a bible study. Twice we've been part of a program of the organization called Compassion (distant adoption). Mostly having a church on sunday. There are only two days ahed of us left. Then we're flying back to Germany and from there for two weeks to Amsterdam, Netherlands. Then for 3 weeks to Germany. And then the Graduation.

The misision after my arrival home
I will live missionally everywhere, because mission is life. I'll live in Šumperk, probably, and the Holy Spirit convinces me (on 99%), that the main missional place will be Šumperk and surroundings (where is our team).
